🚚 Order Processing Time
1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
🌍 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer free global shipping on most products. Additional shipping options may be available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
United States / Canada: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom / Germany / France / EU Countries: 5–8 business days
Australia: 5–8 business days
Other International Locations: 8–15 business days

📦 Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Track your shipment either through the carrier's website or by visiting our Track My Order page.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 2 business days, please contact our support team at hello@shineonangel.com for assistance.
🚫 Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your purchase:
We will contact you immediately to offer a refund or replacement.
Please provide a valid email and phone number at checkout to ensure smooth communication.
🛡 Lost or Damaged Packages (Our Guarantee)
Unlike mass-produced items, our statues are delicate art.

Arrived Damaged? If your piece arrives broken, please email us a photo of the item and packaging at hello@shineonangel.com within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for over 5 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change its delivery address.
We provide accurate shipping estimates, but unexpected delays (weather, customs, or carrier issues) may occur.
