At ShineOnAngel, every piece is a labor of love—hand-painted and carefully inspected to ensure it brings peace and comfort to your home. We understand that choosing a sacred piece of art is a personal journey, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

📅 35-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

We offer a 35-day return window from the date you receive your item. We want you to have ample time to ensure your new sculpture or decor perfectly fits your sacred space.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be in its original, pristine condition (unworn, unused, and unassembled).

  2. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective foam and inserts (crucial for protecting these delicate pieces).

  3. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

🛠 Damages & Issues (Arrival Protection)

Since our sculptures are handcrafted and delicate, we take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong piece, please:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@shineonangel.com.

  • Include a photo of the damage so we can evaluate the issue right away.

  • We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to make it right for you.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support heart at hello@shineonangel.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund, except in cases of damaged or defective items upon arrival.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the sanctity and safety of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any piece specially ordered or personalized.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a gift card.

  • Misused Items: Products damaged through improper display or accidental drops after arrival.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different piece (e.g., swapping a "Good Shepherd" for a "Memorial Angel") is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired item.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements (original packaging and pristine condition) apply.


💳 Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  2. Issuance: If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  3. Timing: Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
